Seriously though...first try some lube as a cheap fix. Try tipping the nose of your saddle up or down 1/4". Try a different pair of shorts. If those things don't stop the awful pain on longer rides- time to try a different saddle. Read the saddle threads here at TE- it's better to read comments from actual women than to rely on what some man at the bike shop tells you is good for women. He's just selling what's in stock in the store, remember.




. That coupled with chamois butter should get you slicked up and riding fine. If not, try moving your saddle a bit.
