    Hey ladies

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I don't know if everyone remembers me or not, but I have been gone for a while, but now I am back. I haven't been riding much and didn't get a chance to ride all winter. I am starting to try to get back into riding again now that the weather has straightened out some. We have had so much rain here in the month of May. We had floods in town, and 3 folks were killed and multiple houses flooded. I live on a dirt road and our creek ran over the road a few times, and that is my only way out.
Needless to say I didn't get started back to riding after winter during the cooler days like I would have liked to. Now it is hot already and I want to ride, but haven't gotten my lazy but up early enough with school out to get going. Someone needs to kick me in the rear, call my house and get my butt up. LOL

My DH bought me a treadmill in Feb since I wasn't able to get out and ride regularly and I have been on that a lot trying to lose weight (STILL) and now I am ready to get back out in the open air and get going.
We went camping last week and of course took the bikes as always, and I rode some and remembered how much I missed it.
I have rode off and on but nothing regular and now I am so out of shape for it and seems I can't go very far, but I think I just need to push myself more to go further and quit wimping out.

Anyway, I have lurked around over the last 6 months or so to see what is going on with everyone but haven't been on much. I hope all is going well with everyone and everyone is having fantastic rides and great times.

Thanks ladies. I missed you girls!! You are always such an inspiration and great help. I dont' know why I quit coming, I guess I didn't feel like I belonged if I wasn't riding at the time.
I know goofy, if I had stayed I might not have quit riding because I would have been inspired. LOL

I'm glad to be back, now I just have to get my rear end on my bike more regularly and get back to it. The bike, although I like my treadmill, is much more fun and gets me out in the fresh air.
