Thanks all for the warm welcome

Xrayted, yes I do have a trainer and that's where the bike has been for the past month except for 3 outside rides. That gets pretty boring although I have recently found itrain.com which has cycling workouts you can download to your mp3 player and those have helped. I also have a few of the older spinervals but I haven't dug those out yet.

My girls are almost 5 but they are bicycle resistent LOL they are both refusing to learn how to ride so short slow rides with them are out until I can come up with a big enough bribe to lure them.

It is very motivating to come here and read. So thanks for letting me jump back in.

I'm in Westminster so I guess not too far from you. I was just reading on the Mid-Atlantic Forum where you mentioned the Civil War Century. I did the 25mile route 2 years ago and was hoping to do that or maybe even one of the longer routes this year.

    Life's like that sometimes, mom...
Glad it allowed you to find your way back here

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

I've been gone for a while too, and from my memory, these ladies are great and will welcome anyone and everyone back.

Glad you came back!! Congratulations on the twins.
