Dogmama - I feel for you, and if you don't mind, I'll put in a good word with the "man upstairs". I've struggled with these issues myself. Anyway, have you tried vitamin/mineral/herbal support for PMS mood swings? I think it's helped me. Or could it have been cutting back on the multiple triple-lattes a day? Caffeine *for me* is a great contributor to mood swings.
And please don't think you're abnormal in some kind of defective way!
