KSH- amazing race report!!! You are an ANIMAL on the bike!!! OMG- nearly 21 mph avg. WOW!!! I'm sooooo thrilled that your first tri back in the saddle was so great. Not only was your race good, but you feel good too (well, aside from the headache).
