I am on my second Cateye, my first I took off and lost, so I bought a new one to find out I got the wrong one and had to redo the wires. Mine is very simple- speed, distance, time and weekly distance. I love it. One can find them cheap online. Mine was a REI closeout. Of course one can get a more complex one with cadence and heartrate if you choose.

    Hi!

I bought an inexpensive SigmaSport, which has the basics, speed, trip distance, total distance, time, and stop watch. It's works well for me and I've taken off my old bike and re-mounted it on to my new one and it's working fine. check out Performance Bicycle Online's site, where I think they're on sale...
    Good luck!

Sigma computers are almost idiot proof and I haven't managed to kill mine yet- I highly recommend them.
