Monday when I did my sprint/jump rope combo I must have done some damage to my hamstrings. They have been tight and sore all week long. Cycling and swimming has been okay. Last night I tried to do a run after my OWS--ouch! I actually had tears in my eyes because my legs hurt so bad. I ended up walking for 45 minutes instead and limped the rest of the night. I took 3 advil and am feeling a little better today. I guess I'll have to take some time off.
