Are your clothes suppose to match your bike?

I don't match my bike all the time. I like pink and my bike is white and purple, so sometimes I sort of coordinate. But I never match the bike. All of my bike shorts are black, with the exception of one pair of Descentes, that have a pink stripe, so I can only wear pink tops with those. My helmet however, is white and silver, so it matches the bike. I don't have actual cycling shoes yet, so we'll see what I end up with.
