It's a dead end road. I've never ridden it. I think it's fairly steep, but it's a coast back to the bottom.

Methinks Welch Creek is rather steep. It's one of the roads we passed before Calaveras started tipping upwards.

But like V mentioned, it would be an up & back, and it would be completely optional. You could go as far as the spirit moves you, or skip it alltogether. I'm not sure what Leebob will do - he might give it a try, maybe for part of the way.
