I didn't win the Terry Precision, but found another Terry - Trilogy(early 90's). Looks to be in great shape.

    Is it this one? http://cgi.ebay.com/Terry-Trilogy-sm...QQcmdZViewItem

If so I wouldn't bid on it. I think its too old, it only has a 6 spd freewheel and I don't like the Biopace crank. While elliptical rings are currently popular (I have them), Biopace got the orientation wrong, and they can cause knee pain. I think if you are patient a more modern bike, ideally 9spd will get listed.

If you are looking for Terry's specifically, you should check out the buy/sell section on Terry's website. I bought my classic that way and it was a great exchange. I had posted that I was looking for a certain bike, and I got a bunch of email responses about it. One turned out to be from a woman who was about to list her bike but saw my inquiry. I bought it from her and I ended up with a wonderful bike in excellent condition for a good deal (and an easy process).

By the way, the same Trilogy on ebay is listed there as well...as is a Precision by the same guy.

I don't like this one either for the same reasons, 6 spd freewheel, down tube shifters, biopace rings, and simply too old. I think you can get a more modern terry for ~300-400 that will be a much better value. I also worry the standover height on this one is too high for you. This frame is a 19.5, last frame you looked at was a 17.5.

surge - did you read through the used Terrys for sale list? There are a number of newer bikes listed.

    http://dev.terrybicycles.com/trade/i...ml?browse=sell

    For Example:

    Classic 17.5"
    Price: $500.
Description: I'm 5' tall and have a teal Classic road bike with the 24" front wheel, an under seat Bike Bag, and a speedo-meter. Bike has been stored but will have serviced for the right price. You pay shipping.
