I wore my Sheebest SSS 2007 shorts on a 72 mile ride this weekend and was comfortable. I was a bit worried because I thought I might need a thicker chamois, but this held up fine. I'd been using Canari shorts before and now am sold on the Sheebest. It was hot out and the fabric was breathable which I appreciated. I think you'll be happy with them for 30 mile rides, or even longer.
