I have similar hips and waist (larger hips, tiny waist) but my chest is small also. Anyway, I've actually found garneau jerseys to fit well. I have the Silhouette jersey and the length is great, the elastic isn't too tight so it doesn't climb up. The first She-beest jersey I purchased I LOVED because it was long, no elastic and fit perfectly. I purchased a few others after that without elastic but they were super short, so I've since avoided the brand for online purchases.

I also have a garneau pro jersey, different fit, not quite as long, but still like it.

So, if you can sacrifice the pink requirement, I would recommend Garneau, but be sure to get the proper type of jersey. Not sure if all companiers are like garneau, but they make different styles for different fits.

I hate PI, the elastic is really tight and creeps up like crazy.
