    Hey,

    Thanks for your 's . Ya know, 200km isn't that far at all. Even ian can see himself doing one I'm happy to do more 200km rides however there are only 300km rides on the audax calendar for the rest of the year..

    I didn't have any "bonky" type moments as I stuck to my nutrtition plan. I have my polar odometer reminder set at 25min for me to eat.

    I didn't have any saddle or chafing issues. The only thing i found that was sore were my wrists after riding over the crappily sealed roads.

    Tons of fun though! 200km is pretty manageable though!.

    Mimi-you guys drive on the wrong side of the road.
