Ok, so it looks like I need to replinish the clif blocks too ehh?/ Did you fancy a certain flavour??
I was just thinking of you yesterday and how I needed to get that box together!
I will work on that this week! I promise!!
I also need to get something together for the girls that sent me smooshed helmets!
And GREAT JOB!! Sounds like you had a wonderful time! I didn't see any low spots in there. Did you have any??
Hey,
Thanks for your's . Ya know, 200km isn't that far at all. Even ian can see himself doing one
I'm happy to do more 200km rides however there are only 300km rides on the audax calendar for the rest of the year..
I didn't have any "bonky" type moments as I stuck to my nutrtition plan. I have my polar odometer reminder set at 25min for me to eat.
I didn't have any saddle or chafing issues. The only thing i found that was sore were my wrists after riding over the crappily sealed roads.
Tons of fun though! 200km is pretty manageable though!.
Mimi-you guys drive on the wrong side of the road.![]()

Excellent! What kind of saddle do you ride to have a comfy tushy that long?
