If you don't like the color, will you actually wear them?
Would you use them as liner shorts, with baggie shorts over them?

My bike shop has 1 pair of extra small Specialized shorts. I am so tempted to buy them except for one thing - the colour. They're red - yes this colour of redI'm not a lover of red, and in fact don't own one item of red clothing at all.
However, today has been very warm and it looks like summer's finally arrived with the temperatures on the up and I'm tempted to buy them even though I don't like the colour. They don't have any other colours or makes in extra small. The smallest in Assos for example is small and I know that would be slightly on the large side for me.
Anyone got red shorts?

Hey, yesterday I just saw a gal riding with red shorts. They looked nice. But I'm with KnottedYet, if you don't like the color would you wear them.

I would love to have a pair of red shorts! Black, black, black is all I have that fits.
You know you won't wear them if you don't like the color.

I probably would wear them so long as they were a good fit and comfortable even though I've got a preference for black or navy blue.
My one and only cycling top is blue and navy so would have to find something that wouldn't clash with red shorts...you can see where this is leading can't you
(Thinks: Need to make some space in my wardrobe...)
