yeah, that's pretty common. Depending on the kind of fender you have, it might be a quick fix.
Ask the LBS. They always seem to know a few spiffy tricks.

Oh, that's good. My husband has tweaked it but it keeps getting bent back again or something. Yesterday it was making it difficult to ride, which is weird to me. The fender is almost weightless (or so it seems) so it's hard to imagine it causing enough friction to do more than make a little noise.
