No, I actually haven't been doing that on these short rides, I didn't think I needed to. I'm going to have to change stuff a little. That was no fun!
My husband has enough cytomax to turn a reservoir pink, so I have a great supply of it nearby.
He suggested I start drinking Ensure before these little rides- I definitely need a bigger snack though.
