I've briefly chatted with Paul and Janet on a few clifbar/luna events. Most recently I saw them both at Grizzly Peak. I rode with Paul for - oh - about 5 minutes
before he and another guy picked up their pace. I'm really blessed to be involved with the program - so many fantastic and genuine souls at Clifbar
That reminds me - I picked up a tip during Grizzly from Lisa the Clifbar yoga instructor: at the rest stop - squeeze juice from orange pieces into your water bottle for a refreshing taste to your water
