Heavy, winter fabric that you'd only want to wear in cold weather, so why would they design it to leave 2 inches of bare skin above your gloves? Fortunately, it has a flat seam in black thread right around the biceps which would be a perfect place to insert a band of heavy black jersey material. Guess I better get you PM'd, Irulan.
