    Great race report.

    So, newbies...listen up to this part. Everything I did in training worked. Practice transitions, even if you have to do it in your yard. Find out about the course ahead of time if you can. Pre-ride even better. LISTEN to the experts here, they really know what they are talking about.
    As a newbie, I will definitely take this to heart.

    Congratulations, again.

    Great report. We all knew you'd kick some hiney! I am thoroughly impressed.

    Looks like the weather wasn't too horribly awful from the photos, esp for the running finish. But is that pavement you are running on????

    training is very important, but practice is golden......
