Thanks everyone!
I am sore, but feeling very satisfied today.
It really means a lot to me to be able to have this "safe place" to share my thoughts, concerns, and triumphs.
You girls are really excellent role models for me.
The photos are not posted yet, but when they are, I will share them with you.

Great job! That's wonderful you were able to knock off time in all three segments over last year. Especially the bike, that's a huge improvement!
Let us know when you get the pics up.
The best part about going up hills is riding back down!
