I am pretty sure they cannot sell those in Texas. We have a law against selling things they deem immoral.

Two summers ago I went to a 3 day bike event by the Toronto Bicycling Club and they gave those away as door prizes. I didn't win one, but decided I had had to have one and they were only available in Canada. The shipping was a lot! But I actually love it for the fact that it works never realizing the implications of it! It keeps my bananas from getting pulverized!
