Grog, I agree
I am in the (un)fortunate position to be able to look back a few years at a fitter me and assess....
At the time I enjoyed how I looked and felt and performed athletically, but there was always a "but". I wanted a flatter belly, my muscles weren't defined enough, etc. I thought I was making an objective assesment thinking that I was maybe at 70% of the fitness I could have without it being a full time job.
Fast forward to today with a health condition that is keeping me from any meaningful exercise. I wish for that flat belly, those strong legs, those well defined shoulders and arms. When I think on it now, I was probably 90-95% of the fitness I could attain without training full time.
My only regret is that I didn't accept that, celebrate it and enjoy it without any reservations!
Alpinerabbit looks very fit. Of course there is always more any of us can do, but no matter where you are, you need to celebrate it!!
Hugs and butterflies,
~T~
