Mary, I am glad the surgery was a success for you. How long does it take to recover? I hope you can bike again soon. If it helps, I have ruptured disks (no surgery but lots of other remedies) and biking and walking are two things I can do well. Gosh, I hope I remembered your medical problem correctly, and that it is disks in your back.
