Heidi- I don't really think it will help, but at least there *might* be some officers who will enforce it or at least stiffer penalties for those who hit cyclists. We actually have pretty courteous drivers down here, there is only one road I dread because everyone just seems so annoyed by us. And it is just a little Farm Road with a small shoulder, we really don't impede traffic that badly.
