Stevens Canyon Loop Sunday 5/13 @ 1:30pm

Hey Ladies....
Just thought I'd post this... I'm getting a fitting Saturday afternoon in the bay area so I thought I'd hang around long enough Sunday to do a short ride. We'll be starting at Chain Reaction in Los Altos and doing a 23 mile loop through Stevens Canyon/Saratoga and back via Cupertino....
Anyone who'd like to come along is happily welcomed!!!

Could you give me an idea what the route is? Foothill/Stevens Canyon to Mt. Eden...Pierce Rd.?

Pierce to Hwy 9 towards Saratoga... past Saratoga to Quito, down Quito to cox (I think), then cutting over (sorry, don't have the route slip right now) but we end up going up mcClellan back to foothill....

Put me and my roommate down as a maybe also. I am planning to ride on Sunday as a break, so unles the S*&% hits the fan tomorrow or Saturday we will be there.

my childcare fell through this afternoon and I haven't been able to find replacement care so I thought I'd hang out and at least maybe have a quick ice cream after you all ride

I think we'll still come up and ride, but it may end up being a somewhat different route. DH did a tough one today in prep for Climb to Kaiser next month. He's thinking his legs may not like Mt. Eden followed by that right turn onto Pierce Rd. Might go left instead and make it an easier recovery ride. Still planning on coming, me, roommate, and one other friend. We will be biking from our place on San Antonio Rd (Mt. View/Palo Alto border), will plan on getting there by 1:30, but might be a couple of minutes late if it takes longer than we think. Originally Posted by five one

I might be there - LeeBob and I are doing a ride today after all, and we decided to head out over to the peninsula, so I'll try to swing by at about 1:30. Lee might peel off before that and head for home.
Don't wait up for me, though, I probably won't do the actual ride with ya's. I'll have my cell phone, and Tracy & Ellen, I have your cell #'s
I'll be in my stylin' Amici Veloci attire so I'll be easy to spot
