I'm very excited and close to buying my new bike.

Has anyone ridden the Kestrals (Aerofoil and Talon) and the QR Lucero and have feedback on how comfortable they felt - particulalry over long 100km rides. How do they stack up against the cevelo for example.

I so like reading this site. and feeling like there are other women out there as crazy as me.

I'm going to have to come up with a new name for myself - maybe Gidget after a 60's catroon surfer girl or something with Roo in it if the Aussie buys the QR!!!

    Ciao

I am also in the market for a new tri bike. Unfortunately, my budget is shot and I will not be buying one for a while. What I have learned is that for all around bang for your buck, most people recommend Cervelo. The P2C is a good place to start. I don't know much about Kestrals, but the QR Lucero gets a very good review but at a much higher cost.

The new WSD Trek Equinox also gets a good review and it's cheap, but it only comes with Shimano 105, even the rear derailler.

Kuota Kalibur also got rave reviews, again, big price tag.

    Hope that helps.
