You're right...Sally Edwards has a ton of heart rate training info...she also co-authored a "heart-cycling" specific book with Sally Reed. it's a terrific resource for incorporating into anyone's training program whether you're a roadie, mtb'er, spinner, triathlete or all of the above! There are a variety of workouts to use, either indoor or out.
