I'll probably head out for an eyebrow wax and a brazillian soon now that I can't use my dominant hand to shave/pluck (broken clavicle). I don't want a) bald spots on my brows or b) a razor massacre at my airport!

and I don't remove hair for anyone but me. I was shaving years before I ever had an intimate encounter. Sure, DSOs have appreciated it in the past, but I just like having nicely manicured grounds for me to enjoy! Like wearing nice underwear or getting tattoos or piercings where no one can normally see them --YOU know they're there and that's all that matters.
RR, With this post, you have officially won both my respect and total agreement.
I shave for me, but while there's a landing strip at the airport, the grounds keeper lets things go a bit for the cycling season. She hasn't heard about Bikini Zone but it might be a good thing to try. The landing strip doesn't need accent lights!
It's nice to have piercings where no one can normally see them 'for yourself' but it does actually make it harder to retire them when 'it's time'. There was a steel structural disaster at the airport this morning on the way in to work. Things may need renovations and retirement.

Lisa- To each her own... where do you find time to wrap/twine/shellac your handlebars? "Your body may be a temple, but mine is an amusement park!" my manicured grounds are a courtesy to park-goers, assuming they return in kind.

Well, I wouldn't wrap/twine/shellac my handelbars every month, that's for sure!
"Manicured" doesn't necessarily mean mowed. DH and I prefer sweet wildfower meadows to golf courses, but you're right, to each their own.

(all this "landing strip" talk has me envisioning skid marks on asphalt!)

...I think skidmarks are to be avoided.

Routines are routines. I can't imagine shaving *everything* but I shave my armpits and airport, and legs, too. It's like brushing and flossing... just becomes rote and depends on one's own personal perceptions of beauty. all-gone strikes me as prepubescent, but I've been known to 'go there' if there's a landing strip disaster and it needs to be repaved or if the groundskeeper prefers an upside down triangle (har har) I do it for myself, but honestly... to keep things clean like that prevents friction burns of all sorts and shedding hairs in an unbecoming and- ahem- inopportune, unromantic way.

    Yes. I am highly opinionated...
No, I don't dye things down there anymore. see? I can give up *some* of the unnecessary preening!

Kitsune, you might want to also try Tend Skin, google it. It's a great solution, although it does have a little weird smell but nothing that bad. Don't know about taste, never tried to drink it It gets rid of all ingrown hair and all bumps and heals cuts. I tried both bikini zon and tend skin and tend skin wins. I don't advertise for this product so that you know just happened to use it.

Thanks for the suggestion. It might well save my bits while I'm bike commuting!
