But here's the question, kinda. At least it's my question! How long until you see results from either exercise or eating? I guess I wonder if I burn 3,000 calories in a span of 2 days (almost a pound, right?) and don't change my eating habits, when do I see results weight-wise?
Also, does it seem like you're puffier after you exercise? I've noticed that right after a long ride, my jeans are WAY tighter. It goes away by the next day but I've noticed it with hiking or running...anything with prolonged exertion. DH and I are thinking maybe it's water retention?
