Ok this isn't really a big deal but I am soo excited I had to share.

Just got back from a 33mile ride(was going to even it out to 35 but the dark clouds rolled in)
Anyways sunday was my first ride doing 30 since my knee surgery and it was hard. Today the 33 was much easier and I had cross winds the whole way!
I am still a lot slower then I was before I had to take the month and a half off the bike before the knee surgery, but I am just so happy to feel like I am getting it back together. (30 miles used to be my normal short ride-either recovery or intervals-, so now I feel like I am getting back into the training groove)

Ok time to reward myself with a glass of chocolate milk and some fig newmans!!(ahh the picture on the bag always makes me smile)

Ahhh but it IS a big deal! Congratulations & {{{hugs}}}!!

I just had surgery myself and have been off the bike for a month - got back on yesterday and I know how wonderful you feel! Enjoy and don't worry about the speed just yet - it will come!

This is a big deal... so great to hear you are back, and successfully, on the bike

    "I will try again tomorrow".
