Oh come now, Knot, everyone loved that pic And yes I know you were showing off your azz, and yes, it's a fine azz. Trek- you give it a good swat next time you see it, k?

I'm just grinning remembering the time X came home from a party and drunk posted a pic of her on TE on her trainer, and everyone hadda nod and say "Oh yeah, those are abs"

I think i have that exact trainer in my kitchen right now...
...and that laptop in my bedroom...

I made buffalo burgers for dinner tonight. (I don't eat beef)
They were good! Pretty much like beef, but leaner and, I thought, tastier! I mixed the patties up with some chopped onion and seasonings before I cooked them. I liked that they were non-hormone, all-vegetarian fed bison.

Had a beautiful 19 mile ride this morning. Last month I saw a dead deer at a certain spot next to the road, today I saw it was now a perfect white bleached skeleton, like in those "parched desert" cartoons.

My white narcissus are blooming like mad right now and perfuming up the place.

    News:

SSIL has finally (after 6 weeks(!)) given us the number she wants to buy her share out on the investment house. We are only(!) $13,000 apart now. We're investigating our options now, and are seriously not in a big hurry to get back to her, since she wasn't. heh. Her lawyer sure loves to make threats, though. heehee. I'm glad we have a bigger, more professional, more serious, non-ambulance chaser lawyer.

DH is making an omelette with the leftover roast chicken and veggies. yummy

Oh, and RMT appointment. I've shifted from ice pack, to magic bean bag. I'm going to take my little bag to work and keep it in the freezer there, too. That RMT, she's really smart!

Well, off to do some more serious resting.

    Hugs and butterflies,

I will take the garage door guy. If nothing else, I do need a new garage door.

Have you ever eaten one of those hot dogs off the rollers at the Seven-Eleven?

I can't bring myself to do that but I have had some decent pizza from there.

I much prefer buffalo to beef. I'm lucky in that we have a store nearby that almost always has buffalo.

My daughter only buys buffalo because it's cheaper. I should try it sometime.

Buffalo is very lean and very tasty. Living in Wyoming it is more common than beef. My kids love buffalo burgers and we were able to find a good source for quality burgers here.

I did not realize you were going through all this, it sounds like a pita. Hold your ground.

Yay for your RMT! I would be lost without my rice bags.
