well it looked like the rain was about to clear -- actually saw rays of sunlight, so got the bike ready for an outdoor ride ... i guess i took too long ... it started to rain ... i waited for it to clear ... the roads got wetter ... i took the bike to the trainer ... i rode it for an hour ... the sun came out and the rain stopped ... i did my duty, i got the sun to come out! ... my ride was over ... i think i feel better

note to IFjane: wish i could meet you to ride next weekend but not going to work for me ... kid stuff, DH stuff, and Central VA Bike Festival prep work ... i do hope you feel well enough to ride next weekend without me!! boy, would that be super!!
