Could it be stress related? I get that way if there's too much going on, I just kind of shut down and do nothing but then feel like I should have done something so I feel guilty.

What I do about it is think "ok, today is a day I do nothing but relax" or I say that my exercise for that day will be going for a walk.

I agree that if it extends out, that might be a problem but for now, enjoy the excuse for house confinement and do something you always wanted to do but never had the time
