I've heard very good results with the product Cold FX - has a lot of ginseng in it, I think.
Get lots of sleep, drink lots of fluids, don't let yourself get run down enough for the bug to really catch you, and keep your rides easy. If it does take hold, let it run its course.
That's this girl's advice!

LBTC - your are the best when it comes to dispensing butterflies! I never thanked you for your purple & green pain reducing (or was it hallucinogenic?) butterflies you sent me prior to my surgery on Wednesday!

So far so good. I'm kinda tired now, but I did a 30 mile ride with a 17 mph head wind for the first 15. I needed to get a ride in. I've felt ok for today, maybe it was just a fluke this morning. But just in case I'm downing juices and water. It could've been the healing butterflies too.
Thank you all for your advice, we'll see what the weekend brings.
