Kano- way to go! Starfish, you can do it. It is tough at first, and writing down what you eat is essential, but after you get in the groove of good eating, it gets easier. I found that one key is to not have bad stuff around the house..
Bikingmomof3, I know what you mean about the boobs shrinking!I have lost two inches around my hips and chest and things are going a little south.....BUT, my tummy is flatter than it has been in years, and I LOVE that. I will just buy a better bra!
Cyclasutra - you rock! Keep biking, and have fun on your trip. I too have had a repiratory infection of late, but I haven't noticed any difference in it whether I bike or not - I just have to pace myself alittle more.
