but my favorite electrolyte pick-me-up stuff is elete... I *had* one of the teeny bottles and the 8oz refill. lost the little bottle b/c I carried it around with me everywhere. It comes in disposable pouches, too, pre-measured for different sized hydration bladders.
It made more sense to me to group electrolytes and water together, and leave carb management separate. The way I ride, or at least have in the past, electrolytes and water have been more important than carbs... too easy to overdo it on the carbs and get gator gut etc.
