Anyways, I had a duathlon last weekend (am working on a RR for all of ya), and am possibly doing a tri this weekend, so I'm taking this week easy. I ran/walked 3mi yesterday with legs that were still pretty tired.
I'm am increasing my running volume to hopefully do a 10K on Memorial weekend and an Olympic tri in July. I've also decided to do a marathon one year from now, the OKC Memorial. Now I just have to keep myself running!!
I'll try to add some of you girls to my beginnertriathlete list, instead of just using it for logs only.
