Almost always after work during the week, and in the mornings on the weekends. I try to ride at least 3 days during the week and both days on the weekends (those are typically race days though). I WILL ride in the rain, but don't like to... I have spent WAY too many hours on the trainer this winter/spring.

Mornings for me. I went out in the afternoon on Easter (after the morning festivities), and I thought I would pass out from heat exhaustion! Usually it's Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I ride most days. It rains so much in Oregon that I try to look out the window and find a break in the clouds before I take off on my ride, so I don't go at the same time every day. I've been rained on hard for several days in a row, so today I am taking my husband for his lab tests and a lunch out, then I will see if I can't ride in the early evening and not get so much rain. I get so tired of riding in my rain gear all the time and pedaling the bike through all of the water and battling the high winds. I would be so happy if I could just have one day with no rain and wind.

whenever I can, being in school and working doesn't leave me with a normal schedule. Sometimes early morning, sometimes mid day, sometimes 5ish.
I try to get on the bike 5 days a week, a couple hours each day.

I do not ride if the winds are crazy(don't like being blown into traffic) or in the rain(here in florida, the drivers are sooo crazy it just isn't safe)

Once or twice during the week and both weekend days, weather permitting. Time of day? Afternoons when it is cold, but ridable; mornings when it gets really hot.

Evenings during the week, usually 2-3 days weather/energy levels permitting. I try to ride both weekend days, again weather permitting. If it's cold out, I ride late morning/early afternoon. When it's hot, the earlier the better, although making it to 8 a.m. club rides is a grind. I end up getting up earlier for those than I do for work.

I don't ride every day. I try to have at least one day of rest--usually Thursday or Friday. I usually do a recovery ride on Monday, too, assuming that I have ridden hard over the weekend. I also practice yoga and try to fit that at least once or twice a week. If the weather doesn't cooperate, I'm on my yoga mat more than the bike.

After work a couple of days a week, some on the weekends. Except when I have field trips or meetings. Then there isn't enough daylight!

Weekdays I'm out at the crack of dawn, 2 or 3 days a week, generally for about an hour before getting ready for work. I've been trying to incorporate intervals during my morning rides to get in some speed training.

Weekends are my long-distance rides, and fun rides with my friends - sometimes both combined .

I've been trying to shake off a cold, so I haven't been doing any morning rides this week. I figured I'd be better off sleeping in and be rested and (hopefully) over this cold by the 200K permanent brevet I'm doing on Saturday.

    Early bird!

I usually ride in the morning three or four weekdays for anywhere from and hour to two. I ride the whole big mile to work every day! I use my bike for all of my errand running needs as well as work meetings and other events. If it is really far I try to combine biking and the bus.
My partner and I usually do one or two 20 to 30 mile rides on the weekend.
