I take the train if i'm ill & don't want to have a coughing fit on my way to work.(me today)
I follow the road beside the train line to work as i leave at 5am when it's still dark.

I usually ride in the morning three or four weekdays for anywhere from and hour to two. I ride the whole big mile to work every day!I use my bike for all of my errand running needs as well as work meetings and other events. If it is really far I try to combine biking and the bus.
My partner and I usually do one or two 20 to 30 mile rides on the weekend.
My schedule is pretty wierd, so whenever I have a few hours i will take the time to train then.
I find most of my clients are happiest to train in the AM, although a few do workout after work.

I am home from work usually two hours before DH during the week, so I try to get out right after work. On weekends, I like to head out right away in the morning. It gives me a reason to get out of bed!
