I have tried them all and I love the Donna Karan Intimates Signature Active Sport - it has underwire on the outside and is the only tue DDD I have found. No bouncing, but you can breathe.
Has anyone tried the Patagonia Capilene Classic bra? Looks nice and cooling, but is an underwire and that might not be comfy while riding? Opinions?

I've got a CW-X and it's my most uniboob-y bra... I really don't much like it.
I'm a 36C - The two I've got that I love, which really don't "turn my two into one" are:
Moving Comfort Cara bra
Natori Sport Underwire Sport bra (I just got it from Title 9, where they call it the "LW Underwire Bra")
The other one I wear that I like but does have a little bit of a uniboob tendency is the Champion Shape T-Back Sports Bra. It does not have an underwire, so it's nice for yoga & probably also for cycling.
Has anyone else tried on the new Nike "Revolutionary Support Bra"? It's the strangest thing - I tried it on in a store but was not convinced that it would actually be supportive and comfortable. It really seemed designed by someone who wanted jiggle.
Haven't tried the Nike bra. For $70, it should do anything and everything you would want it to!!
I wore an el cheapo Hanes Sports bra, purchased at Target for around $10, tonight when I was mtb'ing. It's a racer back. No underwire. Nice shoulder straps. No uniboob at all, comfy, but it does get a bit damp.I wouldn't want to wear it when it's really hot out. It was about 70 F tonight, when I rode. I just looked to check. It's a 34C, and fits comfortably, tho' in a regular bra, I would need at least a D. I'm glad I found it. I plan on buying at least one more.
