Denise, I was away for two days and I'm sad to hear about your rough go on the run. Knowing when to stop is the toughest part of an IM and I'm sooooo proud of you for knowing when to say when and not pushing yourself too far over the edge to risk not being able to come back- and you WILL come back. I'm immensely proud of you! Knowing where you're coming from, you're an incredible inspiration to all of us!!!
