The west coast contigent is trying to torture those of us in more northerly climates! Ohio had snow and high winds and it's only 14 degrees here this morning. But I'm still in the shopping mode for a new bike, so I probably wouldn't be out right now, even if it was nice. (Who wants to ride the old bike, when there is a new one in sight??) And I agree with MomOnBike, I dread the onset of heat. Anything over 72 degrees is too hot for me, so my envy for the west coasters is limited. But I think we all share the same spring fever virus, no matter where we live!
