I got rid of my Cat Eye wireless for the same reason. Any time I rode with someone else or wore my HR monitor it was all over the place. I now have a good old fashioned wired one that always works.

    Old issue revisited.

Ok, so LBS wen't over my bike, adjusted cables, wen't through the gears, because I was getting a clicking when I would down shift.ANYWAY...my computer was STILL off jumping all over the place. They said the pick up wasn't aligned right and fixed it (they put it on in the first place.) Anyway, they show it works go out to ride.....and there it goes AGAIN. I finally rode without my heart monitor and now it works fine. Last night at LBS we asked the manager what I can use with the computer (it's a trek computer) and he shrugged his shoulders....I dunno .
So, I'm coming to the pros!! What do ya'll recommend. I'm using just one I got from GNC, I like it because it counts time, calories, obviously h/r and shows precentage you are working at. What do ya'll think?

    a bit...

You have a HRM from GNC which counts calories, H/R, % of your max... and you want to keep that. But your HRM from GNC is interfereing with your cycling computer. Correct?

Why not replace the computer with the wire kind. You can find cheap ones and they are all still quite good. Since you already have a HRM, your cycling computer only needs the basic information, Avg speed, max speed, riding time, trip time, trip odo. and total odo. your basic 6 function computer. I think you can find them for around $20.00.

Ok, see that is what my Trek computer is doing now the basic functions, so I just need to get one with a wire. I'm going to look into that...thank you!
