Ian's been grinning like a Cheshire Cat all night - and he ate a hearty meal. While we were off galivanting around the cycle paths, hubby was in the kitchen cooking Sunday dinner (he's a better cook than I am, but I'm a better baker than he is so between us we can cook a very nice meal). Usually Ian tends to pick at his meals. Tonight he polished off a full roast beef dinner![]()
We'll be going out with the bikes again tomorrow. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I'm on my own as that are the days Ian has dialysis and it usually knocks him for six![]()
I've also tonight made tentative enquiries about joining a Cycle Club so they are going to send me details of the ride-outs and club membership in the post. They have two rides - one for the experienced riders and they go anything between 50 and 80 miles, and one for the novices and those who like a slower pace (me) where they basically take their time and enjoy the scenery - what I like doing best![]()
