hey LBTC! I know what your going through. I usually don't eat a lot of sweets, maybe a small piece of chocolate after dinner but that's it. But with losing the job and trying to find a new one, finals papers that need to be written, and whatever else life has thrown at me, my chocolate craving has increased, A LOT ! So, today, I had it. I never ever eat like this but I did today: Giant black bean burger with fries and more than a few pieces of chocolate (along with my veggies and fruit and other good foods). It's ok to eat like that every once in a while (not all of the time or consistently). sometimes when I get a serious craving that I resist and doesn't go away for days, even weeks, I eat enough for taste.
It's ok, just make sure that you keep the good foods more often and consistently.
