TF, I was glad that I finished the ride, but I was as you would say "knackered". Made up for it with a great swim today. The boys would had forgiven me if I bailed, but...I probably would not have let myself off as easily.

Sunshine!
Oh what a difference sunshine makes
I had a great 7 mile run IN THE SUNSHINE and averaged 9:30 overall. Haven't got to run since my long run Saturday but biked Sunday. Go away gray days for good!!
