Okay, in 24 miles, we climbed almost 1500 feet. That seems like a lot to me.

Ian & I are off on a hill ride. We're biking up to a friends house in Roleystone-in the Perth hills. It'll only be about 40km but i'm going to do Peet road twice..
If I feel ok after that, Ã*'ll do a few more km's...
