So...are we all a bunch of healthy freaks, or does this seem a little ... um, generous? Consider, the current average lifespan for women in the US today is...what? 77?

I'd also say that everyone on this site exercises and probably the majority of us, while not perfect, do try to be conscious of our diets. That in itself puts us ahead of a lot of the population.
I learned that my life expectancy was decreased slightly due to stress. My dad was in the hospital! It's not like we can control some of these things. I also enjoyed the "do not know" options, especially for questions like "where do you reside". Heh. If you don't know, I wonder if that increases or decreases the age?
I was 90-something, I don't remember exactly. It makes sense because my grandmother lived to 97!

I've got pretty good genes. I think everyone in my parents generation have made it or will make it to their 80's. my paternal grandparents made it to their 90's. Maybe this explain why my uncle survived liver cancer and my sister is surviving a stage 4 breast cancer. I'm not sure whether to believe her but anyway they must have good genes. And on my mother's side my grandmother made it into her 90's I think. My grandfather, well he was a dud. Died prematurely from bleeding ulcer at youg age of 50 something I think. So I may get to see my 100th birthday. I'm not sure if this is a good thing. Its bad enuf that I can't figure all the fancy stuff on the cell phone, MP3 players and iPOD. iPOD nano was a gift and I still don't have any music loaded on it. (and I'm supposed to be an electrical engineer)
