It's takes guts to pursue such a change and then the fun begins!
Mr. LBTC, I wish you the best. I've only had two job changes in my professional life. They weren't career changes...just job changes...and in both cases, it took me about 18 months to get comfortable in the job...even though I already knew how to do it!

Remember to take a deep breaths when you are getting frustrated or feeling overwhelmed. As with many paths we take in this life, it takes time to adjust. Some things will come easy, some will not. You have a very loving and caring wife who wants you to succeed in what you choose to do, and the TE crew are sending you lots of good vibes...just picture us in the peanut gallery giving you the thumbs up!!!!
