Don't worry - I'll be there Thursday if at all possible (ie, able to stay awake for that time period
). I think it's a good sign that he waited around after his group got back (and they were gone before I got back to my car), and then we talked for 20min.
As far as the taper goes, I'm going to say screw it (to a point), meaning the last few days before the duathlon (hmmm, say Thursday on), I WILL behave myself. I'll keep you gals updated

Sorry I haven't been around here for a little while - life gets in the way. Anyways, the weather turned to crap (of course it's nice when I'm stuck inside working - but that's normal). So the rides ended up canceled, so no biking date. Hopefully it will happen soon!
